Due to the delicate and unique nature of crystals, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging.
Approved returns will be eligible for a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and minimum spend.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of crystals, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damage Claims: If your item is damaged in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:
- A photo of the damaged item.
- A photo of the packaging.
Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
